The mission of the Home Health Foundation is to create and deliver innovative and responsive community health programs which provide effective and compassionate care.
Our History
The agency was founded in 1895 to provide health care to mill working families living in Lawrence, Methuen and North Andover. Today, although one of the largest home health agencies in Massachusetts, we maintain close community ties through our main office in Lawrence, and from offices in Newburyport, Lowell, Peabody and North Hampton New Hampshire. Our service area now includes more than 90 cities and towns of the Merrimack Valley, Northeastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
